We had a great experience at Glover Nursery! Their customer service in particular is rather exceptional. Kody and Cathy worked with us on two separate trips in the middle of the day in extreme heat. We were so amazed that they were so knowledgeable about the shrubs, bushes and pine trees we bought! One thing we really loved is that they took time with us. They were not rushed and were eager to answer 100 questions! Hazel was great at checkout. We appreciated her thorough and careful organizing. We also worked with a coordinator in the office who arranged for us to have a sales person walk us through and also get our purchases added to our previous order for delivery and installation. I am sorry I didn't get her name. She was great, too! One little bonus, while we were out in full sun on one of our trips, a side by side came by and the staff gave us Gatorade! That helped us stay hydrated! Thank you, Glover, and especially thank you to Kody and Cathy for helping us make our yard more beautiful!

Josh was an excellent employee that asked us several key questions and answered all of our own for the future projects my wife and I have planned. It really helped us rethink our front and back yard plans to best help make a beautiful place. The Nursery is beautiful with all sorts of bushes, trees, vegetables and fruits, and shrubs in between.

What a wonderful experience we had today. Sister and I bought a whole bunch of rose bushes and other plants. Jessica helped us and walked us through our decision making process. Jessica is a keeper for Glovers!! I am a long time customer and will continue to be. Customer service is over the top.

I am NOT a plant person at all and had gone to another nursery that was highly recommended. They made me feel dumb, were very unhelpful and i left feeling discouraged. My friend took me to Glover and I have to say WOW! Workers were excited to help! Excited to give me ideas! Excited to help me find what I wanted and even helped to load my cart. The experience didnt end there, i arranged for Glover to deliver and plant my trees and I have to say it was soooooooooo worth it! I got calls updating me on my delivery and on the day of Ulysees and his helper were AWESOME! He took his time to explain the care of my new trees and went out of his way to answer all my questions. The plants were amazing but the customer service will keep me coming back forever!

Oh my gosh where to start!! My mom and I came in to tree shop and were a little lost to start. We knew we wanted a few specific types of trees but needed help. That’s where Larry came in. Larry is a seasoned 5 star employee who had just hit his 5th season working at the nursery. He wasn’t only super enthusiastic to help us, he also learned what we were looking for and then guided us all around the nursery to show us all of our best options. Us being interested in “cute” whimsical trees - he was even happy to channel his inner “cute tree” guy and help us fine those. He as SO knowledgeable and just made our overall experience so memorable and enjoyable!! Not to mention - my mom and step dad love their trees!! Outside of Larry, the gal at the checkout was awesome and the guy who helped us pack the trees in our truck was also cracking jokes. They also recommended a root stimulator created by the first service that was highly recommended. 10/10 experience you guys. Maybe go on an off day if you want the experience we had due to the crowds of plant lovers coming in, but whew - highly recommend!
